1. Introduction PromoSetu ("Platform") is a product owned and operated by Manomay Informatics ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We operate a B2B data bridge connecting Suppliers (OEMs) with Agencies. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal and business information you share with us.

2. Information We Collect We collect information to facilitate connections between Agencies and Suppliers.

  • Business Information: Company Name, GSTIN, Registered Address, Website URL.

  • Team & Contact Data: Names, email addresses, and phone numbers of authorized representatives managing the account.

  • Inventory Data: Product specs, stock levels, and pricing uploaded by Suppliers.

  • Usage Data: Logs of API usage, search history, and dashboard activity.

3. Data We Do NOT Collect (The "End Client" Barrier) PromoSetu is a backend infrastructure. We do not knowingly collect, store, or process Personal Identifiable Information (PII) of your End Clients (the consumers buying from the Agency).

  • End Client data remains strictly on the Agency’s website or ERP.

  • We only process the product demand (SKU, Qty) and anonymized shipping details if required for logistics estimation.

4. How We Use Your Data

  • Service Provision: To allow Agencies to view Supplier inventory and for Suppliers to receive verified enquiries.

  • Communication: To send enquiry notifications, system updates, and security alerts.

  • Marketing: By registering, you agree that Manomay Informatics may contact you via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding PromoSetu features or related B2B services. You may opt-out at any time.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure We do strictly NOT sell your data to third parties. We share data only in the following contexts:

  • Lead Generation: When an Agency sends an enquiry, their business contact details are shared with the specific Supplier so they can respond.

  • Legal Compliance: If required by Indian law or legal process.

6. Data Security We implement industry-standard encryption (SSL) and access controls to protect your data. However, no digital transmission is 100% secure.
